Ordete was found and this is now in the process of legal action against him, effective from 21 September 2017 As from effective date of termination mentioned above, any actions taken by Mr.Tratit P. Ordete shall not bind Phoenix and Phoenix shall not be liable for any loss, damages, claims, liabilities, whether direct or indirect, as well as special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or as a result of such action.
